Suzy

Adam has worked in the entertainment industry for over 35 years! Having trained initially as a dancer he performed with many international stars on both TV and in the West End. As a choreographer Adam has work all over the globe and now consults and plans shows and events for some of the largest corporate companies in the world.

Adams passion has always been health and fitness! Working in an industry where everyday you are judged on how you look and present yourself,has structured his very being and carried him through both the good and bad times.

Now living and working in the MK area, Adam is looking forward to helping others maintain or regain their fitness in an entertaining way!

Suzy also worked in the entertainment industry as a dancer having trained locally in the MK area. Dancing in some of the most prestigious venues all over the the world Suzy eventually settled in London and performed with some of the biggest names in stage and TV.

To sustain this success took more than just a few dance classes and it was clear to Suzy that maintaining a high level of fitness was essential! Not being one to do things by half Suzy started competing in Aerobic competitions, winning the AFTA Championships and travelling the UK giving masterclasses. S

Suzy was also part of the Sky Strikers dance team performing at televised premier league matches throughout the UK. Suzy is now available as a PT instructor in and around the MK area

Just to keep everyone informed, we are moving on from Nuffield as from the end of July so appointments will not be available at the Xscape building. You can still come and see us in Sunny Woburn Sands though! See you all soon and a big thank you to Nuffield for the past 9mths.
